Kaito Clarke is a fourth-year Political Science Public Service major who transferred from community college in the Fall of 2022. Kaito previously served as the Director of Communications for the ASUCD Executive Office. 

Kaito hopes to use these experiences to create a strong transfer student voice within ASUCD. His top three priorities as your Transfer Student Representative are Community Building for Transfer and Re-Entry Students, Expanding and Increasing Access to Student Resources, and Increasing Academic Flexibility.
