The Office of the Transfer Student Representative (OTSR) is a semi-autonomous office in the Executive Branch of the Associated Students of UC Davis (ASUCD). The Office is led by the ASUCD Transfer Student Representative (TSR), who is elected by students at UC Davis.

The TSR represents ASUCD in discussions with university or campus administration regarding transfer students and represents the collective interests of the transfer student body as an ex-officio member of the ASUCD Senate.

The OTSR is responsible for engaging the transfer student body and actively promoting, initiating, and supporting efforts to make UC Davis an equitable environment for transfer students. The OTSR regularly collaborates with the Transfer and Reentry Center (TRC) and the Transfer Research Society (TRS).
